Want to create an animation with line drawing, like a cartoon

We are working on an animation and need some line drawing animation. We can provide the background visuals, and direction for the motion animation. Attached is a sample of what we're trying to create.
We want to create a few short animations using sketched line drawings. If this is something you can do, please send me some samples.
