Two short 30 second (animated) Videos.
I’m trying to help my students understand two very complex ideas – so I though some visualisations might help!
As I’m just a simple teacher, for small groups of students, I can’t afford flashy expensive videos!
I’m hoping that it’s possible to create my ideas, simply and cheaply.
The first idea is beginning a meditation..
1. “Dissolve yourself into the Qi Field”
So, In Qigong we have the concept of the Universe being entirely made of energy, and like Quantum Physics, the idea that we can move from “Being” to “Non-being” and back to “Being” again – (In Aruveda, it’s called Prana, so dissolving into prana…)
I’d like a visual of a human dissolving until you can only see a very fine outline, and then after a small pause, coming back into being..
I often think of the old “Star Trek” movies see this [login to view URL]
2. The second concept in our Meditation is this
“Centre yourself in the core of your brain, expand from the centre out to fill your head” (This would focus on the head, a little light in the centre, filling the whole head…)
“From the centre of the head expand and merge out into the Universe, eventually merge the Universe back into your body”
This one feels a bit more difficult, it’s an animation of the brain opening to the Universe, and the universe flowing back into the brain!
