We need an animators to work on an ongoing children's music video project

We have created a magical world in our heads and now we need you to bring it to life through 2d, 2.5d or 3d animation. We will be selecting 3-4 different bidders to create 20 second clips from our video concept and then we will be using the clips for market research. After we award the full video, the winning bidder will be in line for the next 2 videos. There is a very detailed world and characters we have created, so if you are interested, please reach out for details. The video will be for the attached song. There is already a rough story board but creative input and vision will be valued greatly. We are looking for full animation and are not committed to one style of art, we want the artists unique style and skill to shine through and make this project great. The attached song has never been released and needs to be kept confidential.
