This project sounds very interesting. I have experience with network programming and database queries as well as rendering and have done a lot of work with 2D games via the DirectX API. More importantly I have used Unity in the past with small game companies to create role playing and strategy games so I'm familiar with this environment. I have also made android apps in the past but not with Unity. I would like like to try my hand at this project of yours. My suggested milestones are an estimate.
