I need a TaskApp wth following facilities. 1. TASK ALLOCATION ( to anyone from my phone book ) 2. TASK can be made category-wise, person wise, material requirement wise. 3. REMINDERS & TIMERS. 4. PRINTOUT FACILITY OF SPREADSHEET OF TASKS. 5. ATTACHMENTS ( documents, pix, pdf etc ) 6. PERFORMANCE EVALUATION ( by no. of tasks completed vs pending etc ) 7. TASK ALLOCATION ALERT via sms / whatsapp /email. i want a Task App - which i can easily allocate tasks ( one time or recurring ones via various methods like Whatsapp / email / sms ) tasks based some 11 categories. in which i create targets / tasks / sub-tasks. easy allocate task / project must have fixed minimum two or three allocations... like 1. category. ( which can be created as many & whenever needed) 2. allotted to. (a person from my mobile phonebook ) 3. material requirement ( this can be a sub-requirement ) 4. labour contractor. etc. ( this also can be a sub requirement.) 5. time to complete. ALLOCATION: ( like producteev & whatsapp ) * i should be able to allocated task to anyone in my phonebook / email. * he / she need not to have this "Task-App" necessarily. * when creating a task i should be able to attach as many pix i want. * type of allottee can be anyone like outside contractor / supplier / other - who may not be using this app. * whatsapp can be integrated to intimate than it will be a good facility. * task allocation / can be notified via whatsapp, email, sms, app notification. * facility to send before and after pix of completed task by JACK to ME , SO i can be sure about any task which was assigned by any pic is completed. * facility to chat about any doubt that JACK might have ...like "producteev" * optional facility for JACK to select completion date of assigned task. REMINDERS & TIMERS. ( like asana / producteev ) * reminders should be sent to job allottee on pre-defined time frame for allotted jobs via sms / email / whatsapp. * i should be able to send reminders about task - and it should be counted ... i.e. i must be able to check how much reminders i sent to JACK for completing any particular task. * reminders in SMS must be sent via task as headline and etc & timer details. with minimum words. * reminder to JACK about recurring tasks on pre-defined duration & to me for that particular task is done or not.... PRINTOUT ( like microsoft excel sheet ) * I should be able to print out list of targets / task /subtasks alloteed to anyone in excel spreadsheet like format. * tasks can be categorised in weekly / fortnightly / monthly / quarterly / semi-annual / annual for measuring performance of anyone . * this printout should display * a) date of allocation. * b) target date of completion * c) timer ( countdown to target date of completion / overdue time ) ATTACHMENTS ( like producteev & whatsapp) when creating a tasks / project i should be able to attach as many as 50 pix , approved drawings, pdf, excel files etc or any sort of files. just like "producteev" app... we were using producteev app previously but i dont know why they stopped providing android app. any allotted task with serious mistake - must be emailed to one particular email with - marking as - DO NOT REPEAT / NEGLIGENCE REPORT... PERFORMANCE REVIEW. i should be able to calculate easily how much task any person completed in stipulated time. On left or any one panel of that app ( like Evernote ) i should be able to see all tasks from 3 main categories. 1. alloted to ( names of people to whom i might have alloted jobs ) 2. projects ( under which many tasks, milestones, sub-tasks are listed ) 3. material requirements ( all tasks can be sorted material wise , to check whether materials are delivered or not )
