Need help moving android game from Unreal Engine 4 to a Server for Concurrent users

I need help on the server moving my game so that it can run concurrent users, we tried using the examples [login to view URL] but it doesn't work and we have sent a query to the host of the server but we have not heard back, need someone to clarify where the error is in uploading the project from unreal engine to the server.
it is a game in development, we are just moving it to a 20 CCU server to test features as we build on them.
it's c++ in unreal engine 4
