This is a small project.
In India normally will have Country -> States -> Districts -> Mandal -> Villages. Now the digital project survey deals with districts -> Mandals -> Villages. The backend is ready. API document also ready. The project has only 3 screens 1. Select District, Mandal, Village 2. The textBox for Latitude, Longitude 3. Google maps
scenario 1: User will select district, Mandal, Village then you need to get KML file from db and need to add a layer on google map
scenario 2: User will give lat long, then need to get KML file for that lat long, need to show KML map on google map.
KML is a layer on google map.
