1. register user with using user id ( to be provided offline by user using voucher ) or be prompted for payments through a payment gateway.

3. Once authenticated , send two one time passwords using user’s email and mobile number on sms
[url removed, login to view] OTPs are authenticated , Retrieve IMEI, IMSI, CID, LAC, LongLat, MAC, Time stamp (( let’s call it LDR) & send it to a definable email address if data service is ON at predefined intervals ( x minutes) and in case mobile data or wifi is not available , should send on sms to a definable mobile number. ( definable is not user definable but centrally definable)
5. the app should have install/uninstall protected by PIN
6. The app should run in the background and should be a hidden app
7. Option to send the LDR to a centrally hosted SQL database.
8. Option to send an SMS or Data Packet to mobile to reconfigure the mobile installed app
