Set up exe file to run on Amazon EC2

I need help configuring an application to run on the Amazon EC2 fast servers. Application is a .exe file, and will connect to internet when ran. I will need the amazon servers to be AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. Additionally, use only the minimum storage, etc needed to keep costs down. Thank you!

I have sufficient experience on AWS to complete this task. This would be a trivial task to just configure an EC2 server and deploy the exe on the same.
