Simple Calculator / Formula Required to Output a Number

I need a calculator that does something VERY simple. The calculator is going to be used for sports betting, but you don't need to know anything about that as the maths are very simple...
I already have a calculator in c# i can give you the source code and open it in VS2010 - I need a calculation adding to it that displays the following (...when i say '[input]' of course i mean the user needs to be able to enter a number here):
- "Betting" [input1] "at odds of" [input2]
- "Laying" [Input3] "at odds of" [input4]
- "At odds of" [Input5] place a bet of £" [output1]
The OUTPUT1 is determined very easily and will explain to the winner.
If this job is done well, i have a couple of other calculator ideas we can play with also.
