Affiliate program tune up

I need someone to take a look at my current affiliate program set up. When the form is filled out, nothing happens. I have to manually enter the affiliate myself and I also have to enter the commission owed manually. I need to do as little as possible. I need the program to automatically calculate whats owed to them and what customers are linked to the affiliate who refereed. Can someone help set up something that is fully functional and allows me to do little work to it??
