I am based in London and have previously worked as an Executive Assistant for the last three years.
I have worked with a variety of businesses from many industries such as a floristry, health and fitness, SaaS, Law to mention a few. My day to day duties were never the same and I had to be flexible, juggling 6 clients and their deadlines at any one time.
I have strong experience in the following which makes me a strong candidate for this role;
- Personalised inbox and diary management to over 8 inboxes at any one time.
- Managing multiple projects from several clients daily - demonstrating discipline, stakeholder management, time keeping and an ability to meet deadlines unfailingly.
- Independently organising and managing extensive and complex travel itineraries for up to 20 employees at a time across multiple time zones; processing VISA’s, booking flights and accommodation and arranging travel transfers.
- Displaying high attention to detail by processing, creating, crediting and reconciling all invoices through Xero. Chasing overdue invoices when required and solving any discrepancies.
- Organising company events from start to finish / working seamlessly with suppliers / vendors.
- Personal PA work - booking theatre tickets / family days out / holiday itineraries
- Experience using Adobe Creative
