Add "Rank #" element to a Photo Contest plugin in Wordpress

I have customized a photo contest plugin for a wordpress site and I need some minor tweaks with QUICK TURNAROUND; also you must be able to accomplish all this with only wordpress admin access (no FTP). Please see the attached image for reference:
A) Change order of dropdown items, with "Most Voted" being the default option
B) Add in "RANK #" in line with the 'votes' and 'views' icons that reflects position of votes for each picture.
This should require minimal CSS and PHP knowledge, but I do not have the time to complete on my own due to traveling.
