Accounting and Inventory Application

Hi This is a long term opportunity for a company or serious programmer capable in delivering robust desktop application using Delphi or C# with MSSQL/Access or mysql back end. We need an accounting and inventory application to be developed in Delphi/C# for trading users. If you have experience in accounting and inventory / ERP development experience please bid. My preferred back end will be MSSQL / Access and Application will be desktop based application and it should run on stand alone as well as multi user environment. The following features to be covered 1. Multi Company operation 2. Multi Company Accounts Consolidation 3. Account Receivable and Payable 4. Sales and Purchase Invoices and Returns 5. Vat and Income Tax Reports 6. Books of Accounts 7. Accounting Reports like P&L, Balance sheet , Trial Balance 8. Aging 9. Bill wise outstanding 10. Sales and Purchase Reporting. 11. Good GUI Note: 1. We are open to use of 3rd party components. 2. We are open to use of any report writer as long as installation and the application load is normal. 3. The installation must be onclick install kind of installation 4. We would like to discuss on long term support for modification / improvement / Bugs etc with selected bidders **Please do not bid if ** 1. You do not rate your self 4 out of 5 as C# or Delphi Programmer 2. 3 out of 5 in User Interface Designing 3. You do not have exposure to third party control like Devexpress or Telrik. 4. Do not have exposure in writing complex sql queries. 5.
