Create two newpages

Dear Coder, We need a 2-page website for a birth-day party. The design and text is described below. It should only be 2-pages, more pages is not necessary. The website should have a Brazilian Carnaval theme. So the colours and font-type should reflect somehow this theme. 1st page: is also the homepage of the website. It has some important text of the announcement. 2nd page: is where the birth-day party is held, and where it is located. Deliverables: first you present a mock-up of the first page.
