The site has already been installed w/ vb 7.3.2 (latest version) and several of the main mods/hacks needed. Also need help selecting the right skin for a site like this. Please be prepared to show that you know where to find everything needed including hacks, skin and plugins, etc and possibly show similiar VB sites you have worked on in past. Most mods/hacks can be found at VBadvance website that apply to this type of site Realize that his is not only a bulletin board but an entire cms site that was created w/ vbulletin and Vbadvance. Several areas of site will be using html/css pages to give the apperence of “magazine “ style cms site. Many preexisting mods will be used but some custom coding may be required in mod/hacks to get proper look and feel. Please have a good awareness of where to find all mods needed I have custom header/logo that someone would be doing for me and and will need to be installed by provider. In the actual forum area it would be at least that big. I will supply the names of topic headers and subtopics. I would like to have an index page view that looks like this [url removed, login to view] as well as an option to view forum as regular view. I will provide to provider enough content necessary to get proper look of sight and to ensure proper fuctionality I will need about 5- 6 different levels of user groups and will need to make some forums private to different user groups. This is for a community site for military academy so I think you can understand why the privacy of some areas.. I am not an organization I am just a parent that see a huge need that needs to be filled. Probably wont be any income derived from this site, at least not for a long while. I will not be putting up adsense ads. so please take that into consideration with your proposal. This would be on the latest version of vbulletin as I have not installed VB yet on my server This site need to have everything fully functional, tested and ready for use before considered complete and payment will be received. Finally I will need some training on where everything is on backend which should not be too difficult because I have been around the backend of forums and cms sites before.
