Digital Marketing Coordinator – Part time role (8 hours per week) @ $35 per hour
ACCSR (Melbourne based) seeks a creative and passionate digital marketing ‘champion’ to work within an organisation committed to driving positive social, economic and environmental change through responsible business practice.
• Creatively communicate ACCSR’s work to increase impact, engagement and lead generation
• Develop and implement a creative digital marketing plan to grow ACCSR’s online audience and drive demand for its services
• Support the evolution of ACCSR’s online ecosystem
About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of ACCSR’s digital engagement across social media, website and eDMs. This role will devise and implement a creative digital marketing plan to grow ACCSR’s online audience and convert them to deeper engagement.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is a key player in the digital communication of ACCSR’s vision, purpose and values.
• Drive digital engagement growth
• Maintain ACCSR’s website and improve SEO performance
• Measure, analyse and report on our digital performance
• Write quality content for all forms of ACCSR communication channels
Tasks
• Create, execute and monitor eDM and social media campaigns
• Work with 3rd party software on marketing automation and personalisation
• Adopt best practice SEO in everything you do
• Report on key service metrics to business stakeholders
• Lead nurturing through:
- SEO and SEM campaigns
- social campaigns
- management of google analytics
• Develop and maintain an editorial calendar
• Liaise with internal contributors for continuous content generation
• Report on campaign progress and provide strategic direction
Requirements
• You will feel a connection to our values and keen interest in our Vision, Mission
• A relevant tertiary degree or equivalent experience eg. Digital marketing, journalism etc
• Experience working in the digital marketing field
• Data analysis and reporting skills
• Technical skills in Wordpress, Microsoft Office and Adobe
• A firm understanding of analytical and statistical interpretation and its importance
• An understanding of social media for brands
• Have strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Be organised and able to manage time effectively
• Solid experience with LinkedIn and graphic design skills would be highly regarded
