Create a hiring calendar waiter

Hello, We would like to have a calendar where clients can book a waiter for their party. I should be booked with an hourly interval as for many hours they want. For example they can book from 11/09/15 a 20:00 until 12/09/15 05:00 in the morning if they please. When the client books they calendar should be change color (red) that these time slots are unavailable. Below the calendar there must be a contact form where the client can put in their billing and event information. ---- The plugin must send an email to me and the customer, in the customer email their must be a client number, so when the next time the client want to book he only need to fill in this client number and all his details are automatically filled in. Or instead a client number you can also go with a login page where the client can login. ---- When they waiter arrives at the event he should be able to start a stopwatch and stops the stopwatch when he leaves again. After he stopped it the plugin must calculate the worked hours and send the worked hours to me and the client. ---- In the future we would like to work with several waiters so it would need to be possible to have serval waiters working at the same time.
