Can't delete a theme from WordPress

Hi, I'm trying to delete my current Vogue theme from WordPress so that I can then install the full paid version, however when you go to the themes page it won't let you delete any theme from WordPress, when you click on each theme which should then give you the option to delete it nothing happens, even if you deactivate the current theme. Does my version of WordPress have a bug?

Dear sir, I understand how vogue theme works. You cannot delete it or upgrade for certain configuration reasons. I'll need cpanel access and the new vogue theme (the premium theme file) and I'll remove he old one from your cpanel and upload the new one. Then we can install and have our site fully operational.
