Add a "Click Here button on a Figero WP theme front page

I have a site, Figero is the theme. In the lower right corner of the main page is an area which the theme customization menu calls "Home Page Two Column Feature" there is the a graphic with question marks and something like header text that says "How to sign up and use [login to view URL]" (the site, which has a registration process, followed by email verification and then further submittals)..... instead of providing instructions here I want a "Click Here" button to link to a new page I made called "Registration Instructions" All I need is a "Click Here" button that links to my new page... I do not know how to do this in this theme. I rewrote the text on a new page "Registration Instructions" to reduce the amount of text on the Home page.... Where the text was... below "How TO Signup and Use [login to view URL]"... I want to add a link to the new page... something like a button that says "click here".. I know how to add a link in a regular page but don't know how in this area of the theme... I suppose there is a way
