Custom ecommerce website needs a few things fixed

hey,
i got a custom website made on here and they person who made it didnt finish everything i needed being done. Needless to say im extremely annoyed with them and I need someone to fix the things they didnt finish.
It was made on a wordpress account and I need a few things done such as:
-search box to work
- the photos on the website to not expand weirdly when uploaded
- the monthly newsletter to be sent out from the website. everything is there it just needs a button that I can have it automatically upload on a certain set date.
-I also need a few back end things. when I upload photos to the bottom slider the proportions are all wrong and it messes up my website, I need the box to be a certain size and whatever photo I upload it fits it to that set size.
-when you go to checkout at the end and choose international or national shipping the buttons are covered by text so you cant click on it easily.
