Develop a prototype of a mobile web cam

We need a mobile “multi-project-control-unit” to enable experts to control projects “anywhere”. Here are our requirements: On the one end there is an expert and on the other end operates a layman. The expert talks to the layman and tells him, what detail he wants to look at. Please have a look at the attached first chart, which shows the basic modules. You can use existing standard components to build the prototype. The software at the computer can be developed with a minimum of functionality. As a next step we would ask you to design the final version of hardware and software. And if you are able to support us to find a production company – this would help us. The road-map: - prototype has to be ready until July/August 2010 - we will test the prototype until October 2010 - redesign and prearrangement of production until end of 2010 - first production Q1 of 2011
