Configure Outlook anywehre on Exchange 2010

We have OWA and iPhones connecting but get this error when using https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com. We have messed around with IPV6 and need someone with more experience to take over.

You will work on the server directly (this is a new build on W2008 STD).

Please quote total fix fee.

The RPC_S_SERVER_UNAVAILABLE error (0x6ba) was thrown by the RPC Runtime process.
