We are in the Automobile service industry.
We would like to have a Software built on Visual Basic Platform with the backend database utilizing MS Access.
Purpose:
1) Would like to store the Customer Entries along with the Warranty Details with option of adding, deleting and modifying.
2) Should be able to get reports on the following basis (monthly, Yearly, Within Date Range).
3) Record Search on the Basis of Last 4 Digits of the Vehicle Number & phone Number.
4) Printout of the JOB Card and Fitment Certificate for a Particular Record( Should auto fill for the selected record)
a) jobcard with the Date on which the Record is being Added (File Attached)
b) Fitment Certificate with the date Selection (File Attached)
5) Currency Figures to be shown in INR
6) Control Panel to Change the Name of the Company, Address, RFC:Code & Phone Numbers
7) Any other improvement ideas are welcome.
