Dell Admin needed to set up MD1000 with RAID 10

We have a Dell 2950 attached to an MD1000 with 15 1TB drives set up for RAID-5. Attempting to resync only gets to about 35% and then fails every time. We would like to have RAID-10 instead. The 2950's boot disk was reformatted and does not have a full compliment of drivers and support software, so that will need to be installed. RDP access is available. We have an MD3000 that can be used if that's better.

Hi! I worked on several PowerEdge 2950 at a previous job. I have also used the MD1000 and MD3000. I can get this done after investigating the problem completely. Also, my bid is only $20/hr since I am new on Freelancer. I have been in IT for 18 years and using Window servers for 17 years (back when Windows NT 4.0 was out). I have experience with more technical SAN's -- I know the MD1000/3000 is not a SAN but sometimes other experience helps solve a problem faster. I will need pictures (or do a Skype session) to make sure that I know what is connected to what. Please let me know if you have any questions for me. Thanks! -Steve
