Ajax doesn't load inside a Webcontrol

We have a rich media content application that have a n IE webcontrol in it... the problem is that on certain computers it cant load the ajax parts of the page. I will provide access to a computer via logmein so you can upload your code into it. we need you to figure out how we can fix it. we created a simple C# .net desktop application that has an IE webcontrol in it which loads a url that has ajax content in it. you will be able to upload your own test applications to do the same thing... we need to troubleshot it ASAP... we give 3 days for you to find a solution.
