a dll which can be called by VBscript and which calls on its turn a webservice

Hi, i need a dll (which can be called by VBscript) which in fact is a wrapper for a webservice.

This webservice executes an sql query against a database. sql connectionstrings must be constructed from the [url removed, login to view]

The function in the dll accepts the query as an input string and returns a result code.

the work includes installation instructions.
