Resize/Compress Video and Pictures on Client Computer

I need a desktop application that is capable of the following:

1) Drag and drop interface for videos and picture files or complete folders that contain videos or pictures.

2) Compress/Resize videos and pictures to 640 X 480 format. Videos should be compressed to allow for quick upload.

3) After compressing/resizing the files should be uploaded to our servers and their information stored in our database (mysql).

## Deliverables

The interface should allow the user to rotate and crop photos before upload. I'm sure there will be little details that will need to be discussed.
