Determine Projectile Path For Cannon Game

I need code where I enter the angle and power along with the staring X/Y coordinates and have the program pass back the X/Y coordinates a cannon would move. If I enter an angle of 90, that is straight up. If I enter 45 for the angle, it will go to the left at that angle. 135 is to the right. But I want the path to be in an arch like an actual cannon where gravity takes effect.

One particular thing I need is to have an X/Y coordinate passed for every Y step of 1. In other words, I cannot have big gaps between the X/Y coordinates because when I use the coordinates to draw a cannon on the screen, I can't have it jump in far steps.

And last, I also need a wind parameter where 0 is no wind and the larger the number, the more effect wind will have on the path. I need to be able to pass how much wind along with which direction. And the wind will push the cannon back or further away depending on the amount of wind.

This MUST be done in ONLY VB.NET. I use Visual Studio 2008 but you can use versions 2005 or 2010 as I have those also.

If you want to get your bid accepted quicker, you can send a compiled exe showing this in action. I will be moving a picturebox control on the windows form based on the X/Y cooredinates passed from your code.

Although this sounds like a lot, there are many examples on the internet but I'm just looking for someone to put this together in a project for me. I must have ALL of the requests above including the wind. Just use any starting X/Y coordinates but that will be changed so use variables of where the cannon will be launched from on the screen.
