Hi. I don't know what your weekly requirement is and what milestone should be set, so please advise if what I've set is not right for you. On to the topic. I have experience providing just the service you require. I am assuming you will be running some widely available operating system, such as Mac OS X, Linux or Windows. Judging from QuickBooks mentioned, I'm assuming you're a Windows user. That much simpler for me. Right now I manage around 20+ users that occasionally call me in with small problems, both relatives and paid clients.
