Data Mining - Lead Generation

I need a provider that can mine the data being entered on the pages below; see links. I need all the info but most importantly the name, email, and telephone #. My client is trying to target eBay sellers who want to become Power Sellers. If you have other sources for these leads I’ll entertain suggestions. I will pay between $1-2.00 a lead and some lead requests will be as high as 5,000 or more a week if the leads are good. The potential is huge if you can deliver.
