code simple html newsletter

Hi

This is a very small project - I need a html newsletter building.

I will supply the psd and word doc for text.

You need to understand how html e-newsletters work - or be willing to learn I can provide info if needed. (inline css etc..)

My staff are too busy but I estimate this to be 1 or 2 hours work only - so I am looking for a reasonable quote.
