In a word you need an e-commerce site, you have chosen the Auto-mobile domain. I got the basic idea what you need but need to chat and discuss on the requirement, please do not award me until I will get a crystal clear understanding. According to my understanding, User will register into the site and a single user can play multiple role like Vendor and Buyer. - As a vendor they will go to the site and will upload their product. - Vendor will be able to check the orders by buyer. - Vendor will be the ability to Approve or reject orders. After acceptance they will ship and will update shipping status (If we will not work with shipping API) - They can claim the payment from our Site admin for their sold products. Seller will come to the site and will be able to search according to category like tires, accessories, batteries etc. - Each and every categories will contain the special filtering. For ex: user will search tyre by Tires by Width, Profile, Rim - Do you want buyer will pay directly to seller Paypal account after deducting fees for us? - Are we going to integrate shipping API? Do you not think you need a CMS and an open source shopping cart? I think you need this to save some $$. If you want to get recommendation from you then I would recommend you either you can go with Drupal commerce (Drupal) or Woocommerce (Wordpress) or NbStore (Dotnetnuke). Not only this, we can start with a theme which will give us flexibility to customize theme at very low cost.
