1a. Create a login page that uses a username and password (I want login page to look certain way)
b. After login the page will take user to a search page where they

c. once the search is done, it should take them to a page where

This page will be called the Statement Summary
2a. I want to have the person enter monthly data that goes back to Jan 2011 - July 2013
The monthly values should add up to a yearly total. If the person searches
by year say 2011 then when a search is done for 2011 all of the values add
up to correct value. This will be done for 2011, 2012, 2013
