Review and advise on: 1) restaurant table reservation system, 2) mailing list system, on Wordpress website

We need to review, and install as demonstration: 1) table reservation systems for a company with multiple restaurants. Currently the booking maestro service is in use but the issue with this is it is not 'white' label branded, the service company has their name all over it. It would be preferred if another service could be used with great features of booking reservations, possibly with payment. 2) newsletter system. They currently use mailchimp. 2) mailing list system that retains and categorises the subscribers by interests. Current MailChimp is in use but alternatives are of interest. The newsletters are relatively simple. For each, we will need you to a) define and agree the set of requirements, b) research the marketplace of free and paid-for plugins and systems, c) present a list of the matching features compared to the requirements, d) install the plugin/ system to a development site to permit you to check the features and for us to see them in action (cosmetic styling is not required, just functional setup), e) highlight the matching features, and features not addressed, the pros/ cons of each option.
