It allows users to get instant guidance on their health issues through Web Based healthcare system. This system is fed with various symptoms and the disease/illness associated with those systems. The system allows user to share their symptoms and issues. It then processes users symptoms to check for various illness that could be associated with it. Features : • Patient Registration • Patient information form • Patient Queries • various symptoms and the disease/illness associated with those systems • Doctors information • Chat facility • Reports upload facility • Payment Gateway • Review and feedback NOTE: This is my finale year project. so , i need helpor/mentor which is experinced/fresher to compelete my project. ***I NEED HELPER WHO CAN HELP***
