Create a blog

I would like to create a website that will have as it's main page a blog. The blog page should have two separate columns. One column will contain a "Featured Item" which will only be updated once a week or so. The other column will contain "Recent News" and will be updated on an hourly basis. I have a logo that will need to be incorporated into the page as well. The colors of the page should complement the logo. I am not experienced in web design/programming, so the blog should be easy to update. I would like the ability to add pictures to posts, but it isn't absolutely necessary. In addition to the blog page, there should be other pages for "Land Brokerage", "Services", "Background", and "Contact". These pages will have very little content and it will most likely be text based. There will be opportunities in the future to provide maintenance and changes on the site as well. I would prefer to host the site on GoDaddy, as I already have an account there for email and domain name registration. Please provide links to relevant projects that you have completed. Preferably blogs. I will also need help on selecting the right hosting package, but as I am waiting to see what blog software the provider suggests. I would prefer to have the job done for between $150-$250 USD. My preferred timeframe to have the main blog page and the contact page uploaded and ready is 2 days. The rest of the site can say "Coming Soon". I will likely select the provider that has the best combination of a good portfolio and reasonable price. Thanks for bidding.
