Create 2 HTML pages with PSD & MPG4 Files

I need 2 webpages created using the pieces I have ready. Page 1 will be the index page using a jpg background with a mpg4 video that needs embedded as the centerpiece of the page. Video must auto play on load. A link to the second page, or acutal site contents, will be under the video. Page 2 will be 10 buttons which will link to other pages (these pages are not on this project). So use the jpg background and a 2 column 5 row layout for the buttons. Buttons are currently in psd format with 3 layers 1 for the original state, 1 for the rollover, and 1 for the visited state. I will give the urls each button will link to and the links need coded in even though they will be dead links currently. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. This is an easy job and I would like to have it done within 24 hours of assigning the project.
