Convert a Template to a Website - a small web tool

- I want a css/html coder - It is web tool for financial instruments prices/cross rates. A standalone widget that will be put through an iframe to the customers websites. I have everything ready except the html/css according to the attached design: - Cut into css the block container + top menu + bottom cross rates rows. - No need to do anything with the charts (I already have it "HighCharts") - If you will make separate images, please collect them into one sprite image - I will do the javascript that will change the menu items on-click but please take in consideration that i will add "ID" tags to each one of the menu items and that the charts + bottom rows need to be inside one container to be changed on-click. - The tool is RTL (Arabic) but please make it supports LTR as well very urgent thank you
