Complete a feature of a uncompleted project RUBY ON RAILS

I have an uncompleted project ... Is an student portal. Has Admin, teacher, student, parent and principal I will need to complete features for each role but i want to start with the most important. Teacher: Teacher can create: Task, questionaries or project for the students. There is already UI for each one of them but not functionallity. Example. School: Green leaves, Grade: 1, class: C, course: History Teacher Peter create a task with 10 questions for all the students. He will specify when he wants to this task will open for the students and how long the students have to complete their task from they have started. Students will go in to the task in the website and answer all of them and when they are done Peter will see Student anonymous 1 has completed the task and only after Peter have given the student a grade (A, B or C) will he be able to see whom he gave the grade to in a overview page for the specific task. Peter will have a list in each task of all students and an status "completed" "uncompleted" for each student in hes class Example: Question 1 Students answer Question 2 Students answer What i mean with questionary? Peter create a questionary. Questionary title: Rainbow Question1: How many colors does a rainbow have? Answer1: 5 Answer2: 4 Answer3: 8 Answer4: none of the above Question2: How many colors does a rainbow have? Answer1: 5 Answer2: 4 Answer3: 8 Answer4: none of the above etc... Peter will choose witch one is the correct answer when he create the questionary/questionaries. so when the students complete the questionary will Peter and the students know the result of their test. Peter will have a list in each questionary of all students and an status "completed" "uncompleted" for each student in hes class What i mean with project? Peter leave instruction in a text field. Describe WW2 and the most important person that were involve in it. the students will be able to upload a word file with their answers. Peter will have a list in each project of all students and an status "completed" "uncompleted" for each student in hes class. When Peter correct a project he wont be able to see the students name or students details but after he has given the grade( A, B or C) Please ask me if something is unclear. I will create a project in freelancer for each functionality for all roles and if you do a well job then you will get the other projects if you are interested of course.
