We are working on a web application and although I'm an experienced PHP developer, I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to CSS. I need the periodic assistance of someone who lives & breaths CSS and can take a look at my pages and say, "What the hell were you thinking? That won't work. Here, try this...".
Its periodic work as it comes up. I would like to purchase a few hours of time of someone up front and then be able to call upon them to help with different questions, etc. as the need arises until the funds/time runs out.
So if you think you are the right person for this, and would welcome some paid consulting time like this, please bid on this project.
