Build front end html pages with javascript/jquery handling

I have a property search engine product, for which I have built all the backend functionality. I am looking for a front end Ui+Ux web developer who can design the pages for me. The pages should look professional and neat, just like [login to view URL] , or [login to view URL], with some customization. New suggestions and ideas are appreciated. Details of the design requirements: The pages that I need to get designed are (only UI design is required. Assume all data is already present): 1)Home page, with functionality to choose location and "rent/sale" option 2)Search results page, where all the search results for the properties are shown. This would include : images, property type, no. of bedrooms etc and some filters. On clicking of the images should open the bigger image. Options to choose between gallery, and description, maps tabs 3)applied and available Fliters should be shown in an organized way The project is not funded, and I am doing on my own at the moment.
