Build a Website

This is a job to build an audio hosting platform from the ground up. I am searching for the right person to join my team and develop this using the latest technologies. The overview is to build a platform that someone can join and listen, or join and use the site for free or get better options through subscriptions. I want to integrate tightly with Amazon S3, SES, and SNS. I also want to build a stat feature using log files from S3. So having experience with Amazon is a must. I have all the fine details and details to include workflow and mockups. The areas that I need to initially create are: - CMS, frontend editing - Audio upload (S3 storage + logging) - Subscriptions using Paypal & Stripe - Soundcloud-like audio sharing & embedding - Backend admin access - Stats for each member and audio series - Site stats in admin - Establish pages: About, Contact, Terms, Privacy... Those are the basic areas and I have each broken out. I want this to be very light and fast which is why I am leaning to React, but I am open to discussing MEAN, and other frameworks. We need to setup the homepage to highlight episodes/shows in all tiers and a ranking system. My biggest goal is for the site to be very clean and streamlined UI. There are no ads on the site and we can use all the space to maximize the right look. I hope I can find the right person. Philippines is preferred as I am relocating there with my company in 5 months. All copy pasta will be ignored.
