Build an Online Store

Hello. I'm are looking to build a simple Ruby on Rails app (without a focus on design or whatsoever), which would allow owners of videos, to sell their videos online with view-only access, without giving the buyers an option to download the same. The website flow is as follows:

User 1 (owner) registers, signs in, and-and uploads a certain video, in a zip or RAR file format. He then sets the selling price.

User 2 (watcher) registers, signs in, browses through various videos on sale.

User 2 pays the price by Stripe or Paypal express checkout.

After the purchase, User 2 should be able to view the content (individual video files inside the zip/ RAR file) in a list format. On clicking any of the video files, it should open in the browser, without giving the option to download. We know it's close to impossible to prevent download, but your job should be to disable all the common methods, like right-clicking on the video and downloading, etc.

Our aim is to see the website working and the steps you have taken to achieve the same. The design is not a consideration. On the successful completion of the same, we would like to work with you on a continuous basis.
