Already operational E-commerce Magento store.
Fixes and changes:
Need to upgrade and install security patches.
Product stock getting deducted before credit card payment success. Need to cancel pending order to reserve stock.
Abandon cart mails have stopped being sent , need to start them again.
Currently using Ultimo Theme, Need to add a mega menu navigation and advance filters.
Website loading slow.
Willing to buy and change theme completely if it turns out cheaper and faster to implement the above.
Need to install app extension, like simicart. Based on new changes.
Login via facebook is working, need twitter and other social logins also.
