My requirements are as follows:
I will have about 350+ products to list with description. accept all major credit card as a form of payment .

I like horizontal menu bar on the header may be with drop down subcategories. Need logo as well. i do have a logo but need minor adjustment, need shopping cart, of course. THE TERMS n CONDITIONS must be placed on Footer and on the check out page. and must be in bold letter. customer has to agree to Terms& Conditions by checking the box..
all pages must have header,footer and all the menus. HOME page must have some slides, may be require some graphics.
menu: product, category, contact, a may need a phone number on the header, create account, check out, login may be a few more when i figured that out i will tell.
on the Footer need Terms n Services, delivery, privacy policy, FAQ, what else? i will tell later.
