Build a Browser-Based Card Game Website

I'm creating an online card game and need a front-end user interface. The website will need a homepage, a game lobby, a game interface, a checkout page, a forum, and a few other game specific pages.

The game viewer will need to return JSON-formatted information back to the server. All information being used by the client is managed through a REST API to a Python backend.
