Adapt my theme, slight bit of coding, too

I need a simple blog design. I have the header graphic so all you need to do is incorporate my graphic into a template I'll choose. The colors will need to be changed, the sidebar rearranged slightly (I use [login to view URL] so you need to know coding to include the sidebar in the template. I have the sidebar code for you) and my blog name into the template.

Easy! This isn't a 20-hour job so please bid accordingly. You insert the image I supply into a theme I supply. You add a sentence of code for the sidebar. You code different color code. Less than hour of work. Bids for more than $40 will be tossed. This is an hour or less of work. I supply the theme, header graphic and [login to view URL] file.
