Customize CouponPress Wordpress theme

We own the [login to view URL] domain. It is online now in crude, unfinished form. This is a site built with CouponPress which is a Wordpress theme. We are seeking someone to customize the site for us. Outline of Project as We Understand It. The [login to view URL] is a site intended to promote local businesses in the townships of Howell and Jackson, New Jersey. These towns are right beside each other in central New Jersey. The idea is that local residents will become aware of the site through our promotional efforts and local business can promote themselves by listing coupons and offering discounts (or other percs) for their products or services on our site. We will charge a monthly fee which will vary depending the level of site they select. The coupons can be taken to the business to receive offer. In addition (and this is important!) we are doing to distribute free in the area the Howell Jackson Card which is a free discount card which enables the user to avail themselves of any discount on our site without printing out a coupon simply by flashing the card when they visit the local business. What We Seek 1. Install a new header/banner on the site running completely across the top of the page. We will provide the graphic. 2. Install categories of business types in which users will be able to search. For example, searching on "restaurants" will only bring up businesses in that category. We will provide the list 3. Install, based upon information we will provide, display of advertiser options and levels of service and "cart" or similar system to facilitate payment via PayPal and/or Googlecheckout or both. 4.. Install and activate small-screen mobile version of site based which is built into the PremiumPress theme. 5. Set up home page of site so that we may easily affiliate marketing links on the border (right or left) columns. 6. Remove all existing "dummy" content and links that were provided with the CouponPress theme.
