Custom Wordpress Theme

I am looking to have a 3 column magazine-style wordpress theme created. In addition, there will be a featured area at top for main story. Please see attached for mock. Each of the 3 columns and feature area will have a category assigned to it. Stories showing up in each column (and feature) will be based on category assigned for stories, e.g. Column 1 = Economy category, Feature = Feature category. On the home page, the posts will be displayed showing a headline,subheadline, media source, excerpt (and photo if applicable). If a video, there will be headline, video screen (300x275), and subheadline below video. These fields will be part of standard post creation (i.e. New Post) along with a field to insert url of original news story (i.e. Read More) and featured photo url (if applicable). The comments for posts pages will be Disqus. The footer will show three widgets blocks. Allowing various widgets to be inserted here. There will be three ad areas to insert google adsense code - banner at top of page in header, banner at bottom of page before footer, and tile next to featured story.
